GoBusiness IP Grow e-Adviser Rewards Program

Background

GoBusiness IP Grow is Singapore's online marketplace for intangible assets (IA) and intellectual property (IP) services. As a free one-stop platform, it makes it easy for enterprises to discover their IA/IP needs and connect with the right service providers to grow and expand globally. This online marketplace is built on GoBusiness, an existing Whole-of-Government online platform for businesses in Singapore to access various Government e-services and resources.

GoBusiness IP Grow consists of 2 free e-Adviser tools:

a) e-Adviser for IP Service to help enterprises identify their IP needs based on their business needs

b) e-Adviser for IP Service Provider to recommend suitable service providers who can help enterprises with their IP needs

The GoBusiness IP Grow e-Adviser Rewards Program is organised by IPOS International Pte. Ltd. to encourage enterprise users to try out the 2 GoBusiness IP Grow e-Adviser tools to better manage their IA/IP. Enterprise users refer to individuals within a business or organisation. The validity period for the rewards program is from 25 October 2023, 1200hrs to 31 March 2024, 2359hrs.

Participation Eligibility

1. The e-Adviser rewards program is open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

a) Submit an entry on either the e-Adviser for IP Service or e-Adviser for IP Service Provider,

b) Submit their full name, company name, job title, and work email address to the question “Stay Connected",

c) Fill in an eligible code in the “source” field.

2. The e-Adviser rewards program is limited to the first 500 unique entrants who fulfil the criteria.

3. To be eligible, entrants must be legitimate respondents to the e-Adviser tools, providing truthful and accurate information. Fictitious or misleading information may result in disqualification. 

4. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the e-Adviser rewards program may result to disqualification. 

5. IPOS International reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided.

6. The e-Adviser rewards program is open to all individuals, except employees of IPOS and IPOS International.

7. Each entrant is only entitled to make one claim throughout the entire duration of this e-Adviser rewards program. In the event of repeat submissions, duplicates will be automatically removed. No further claims are allowed.

8. Each email address will be determined to be a unique entry for the e-Adviser rewards program. Duplicate or identical emails will be automatically removed. No further claims are allowed. To avoid any fraudulent entries, further checks maybe conducted to ascertain the authenticity of email addresses. 

9. Participation in the e-Adviser rewards program is free of charge.

10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

11. By participating in the e-Adviser rewards program, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Rewards

12. Each eligible entrant will receive a S$10 eCapitaVoucher as a reward via email.

13. The rewards are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

14. The rewards are not transferable under any circumstances.

15. The expiry date of the eCapitaVouchers will be stated in the email sent to the recipient. The eCapitaVouchers are to be used by that date and no extensions will be granted.

16. IPOS International will not be responsible or liable for any lost, damaged, void or expired vouchers. Accidental usage or activation of the eCapitaVouchers will not be reinstated.

17. This e-Adviser rewards program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with CapitaLand Group.

18. The eCapitaVouchers are issued by CapitaLand Group and are subject to the terms and conditions by CapitaLand Group. For the full set of terms and conditions pertaining to the use of eCapitaVouchers, please refer to the eCapitaVouchers terms of service.

19. Rewards are subject to availability and IPOS International reserves the right to substitute any reward with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

20. Acceptance of the reward shall constitute consent on the part of the recipient of the reward (Recipient(s)) to allow the use of the Recipients' entry, names, images, video footage, voices and/or likeness by IPOS International for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes, without further compensation, in any media for an unlimited period of time, except where prohibited by law.

21. Acceptance of any reward shall constitute a release and discharge of IPOS International by each Recipient from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the Recipient may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the reward, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Recipient as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the reward, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the rewards, reward and/or use or enjoyment of the same.

22. IPOS International shall not be held liable for (i) any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of their obligations to the Recipients under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of IPOS International its respective divisions, affiliates, authorised agents, suppliers of the rewards, including without limitation delays, changes, disruptions, cancellations, diversions or substitutions howsoever caused including without limitation as a result of war, terrorist action or threatened terrorist action, strikes, hostilities, civil commotions, accidents, fire, flood or natural catastrophes or (ii) from any loss, damage to property, injury, or death resulting from or related to entrant’s participation or inability to participate in this rewards program, or the use, misuse or inability to use the reward or any portion thereof.

Notification

23. Recipients will be notified by email within 10 working days from the date of e-Adviser entry submission.

24. If a Recipient cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 working days, IPOS International reserves the right to withdraw the reward from the Recipient.

25. Recipients must acknowledge the receipt of rewards via email within 7 working days. 

Data Protection

26. By voluntarily providing IPOS International with their personal particulars, the entrant has voluntarily initiated communications with IPOS International and consents to receiving information, such as, but not limited to reward notifications, from IPOS International through email.

27. By initiating contact with IPOS International through the submission of answers, entrants consent for IPOS International to contact them via email for future notifications, including but not limited to the provision of relevant and appropriate information about various aspects of GoBusiness IP Grow.

28. By voluntarily providing IPOS International with their personal particulars, entrants consent to the use and disclosure of personal data to Non-Government entities to carry out specific Government services.

29. Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact information to IPOS International. IPOS International accepts no responsibility for any inability or failure to contact the participants arising from inaccurate or incomplete contact information.

General

30. IPOS International’s decision in respect of all matters related to the contest will be final. IPOS International reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence.

31. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the terms and conditions stated in the promotional materials and the main terms and conditions of the e-Adviser Rewards Program, the main terms and conditions shall take precedence and govern the participant's rights and obligations. Any conflicting provisions in promotional materials will not supersede the main terms and conditions.

32. All participants of the rewards program shall agree to receive marketing, advertising and promotional information relating to GoBusiness IP Grow from IPOS International.

33. IPOS International reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, amend or add on to these Terms and Conditions, or terminate, vary or suspend this rewards program, or substitute this rewards program for another, at any time without prior notice to you.

GoBusiness IP Grow Connections Rewards Program

Background

The GoBusiness IP Grow Connections Rewards Program is organised by IPOS International Pte. Ltd. to encourage enterprise users to connect with their preferred service providers on the platform. The rewards program will run from 25 October 2023, 1200hrs to 31 March 2024, 2359hrs.

Participation Eligibility

1. The Connections rewards program is open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

a) Submit a Connect form to any of their preferred service providers via GoBusiness IP Grow,

b) Submit their full name, company name, job title, and work email address,

c) Have followed up with at least 1 service provider that is listed on GoBusiness IP Grow.

2. The Connections rewards program is limited to the first 150 unique entrants who fulfil the criteria.

3. To be eligible, entrants must be legitimate respondents, providing truthful and accurate information. Fictitious or misleading information may result in disqualification. 

4. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the Connections rewards program may result to disqualification. 

5. IPOS International reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided.

6. The Connections rewards program is open to all individuals, except employees of IPOS and IPOS International.

Follow-up and Notification

12. Entrants must show proof of a follow-up with their preferred service provider to IPOS International before 31 March 2024, 2359hrs.

13. The proof of follow-up can come in the form of screenshots, attachments, calendar invites, email exchanges, or in any form deemed acceptable to indicate correspondence with the listed service provider after the submission of the connection form.

14. Entrants who provide proof of a follow-up after the stipulated Connections rewards program timeframe will not be eligible.

15. Eligible entrants will be notified by email within 10 working days of providing the follow-up.

16. If an eligible entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 working days, IPOS International reserves the right to withdraw the reward from the eligible entrant.

17. Eligible entrants must acknowledge the receipt of the reward via email within 7 working days.

Rewards

18. Each eligible entrant will receive a S$20 eCapitaVoucher as a reward via email.

19. The rewards are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

20. The rewards are not transferable under any circumstances.

21. The expiry date of the eCapitaVouchers will be stated in the email sent to the recipient. The eCapitaVouchers are to be used by that date and no extensions will be granted.
