Marcus is the Intellectual Property Manager at Louis Vuitton (Singapore) Pte Ltd., where he leads efforts to safeguard Louis Vuitton’s brand and Intellectual Property Rights across key markets in Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and India. In his capacity, he assesses commercial transactions to identify potential brand and IP risks and provide solutions to effectively mitigate these risks.
Before joining Louis Vuitton, he practiced law at a boutique IP firm in Singapore, where he advised clients on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
Prior to his legal career, he worked in the commercialisation arm of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, where he evaluated technology disclosures to determine the best mode of IP protection. He also managed patent portfolios, overseeing the filing, prosecution and maintenance of patents, to support commercialisation objectives.

Prior to that, she spent over a decade with Lazada, a subsidiary of Alibaba, shaping the regulatory landscape of e-commerce in Southeast Asia.
Gladys started her career in the corporate, commercial and tax practice at Baker McKenzie before moving in-house into retail, franchising, ecommerce and now healthtech. Gladys is responsible for providing strategic legal guidance to support company’s growth and innovation in the healthtech sector.
Over the years, Gladys’ leadership, initiative and legal expertise has earned her an extensive list of regional and global accolades. These include the Financial Times’ Most Innovative General Counsel Asia-Pacific 2019 award, the inaugural Chief Legal Officer award, MNC Category, at SCCA 2017, and In-House Counsel of Distinction at Asia Legal Awards 2017.

Pardeep Khosa is a partner in the litigation and arbitration team, and head of the litigation practice in Singapore.
He has a broad practice focusing on commercial and civil litigation, international arbitration, and corporate crime and investigations. He has advised and acted for high-profile clients including governments, statutory boards, listed companies, and high net-worth individuals in high-value, complex, and multijurisdictional disputes relating to construction, engineering, infrastructure, shipping, oil and gas, civil fraud, and intellectual property.

Francis Wan has more than 25 years of internal controls, corporate governance, and business advisory experience specialising in helping clients develop internal control and ERM programs and currently leads the e-GRC / IRMS practice in Singapore.
He has performed numerous GRC projects including the design and implementation of enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, including the development of risk appetite, key risk indicators and continuous monitoring mechanisms.
He is active in the corporate governance scene in Singapore, including conducting seminars on governance, risks and controls such as those organised by the Singapore Institute of Directors.
