Over 35 years of extensive work experience in academia, industry and government service. Involved in R&D collaboration, consultancy service and industry project development with MNCs, SMEs and government agencies in various domain areas, which includes Advanced Manufacturing & Industrial Automation, Engineering Informatics, Supply Chain Management, Business Process Optimization, IP Management, Translation & Commercialization, Innovation & Entrepreneurship development.
Presently, Dr Singh runs his own consultancy, which focuses on strategic business development, technology capability development, and specialised manpower development, to support companies and governmentlinked agencies around the Asia-Pacific region.
He was awarded his MSc by Cranfield University (UK), PhD by Loughborough University (UK) and MBA by National University of Singapore. He is a Chartered Engineer with IET and Engineering Council (UK), Certified IP Technology Consultant, Expert Assessor for the Infocomm Media Development Authority (Singapore). He is also a published author and an inventor.
