IP Snapshots Webinar: IP Management in Human Resources (HR)

Did you know human resources (HR) plays a critical role in managing your organisation’s intellectual property (IP)?

Of the three traditional sources of organisational risk - people, processes, and policy - your employees are central to both IP creation and protection. Without proper alignment between HR practices and IP management, your organisation may unknowingly be exposed to avoidable risks such as:

  • Employees infringing upon third-party IP
  • Contractors unintentionally owning IP intended for your organisation
  • Staff accidentally disclosing confidential information
  • Trade secrets leaking through unsecured tools (e.g. AI chatbots) or departing employees

Join our complimentary webinar to learn how integrating IP awareness into your HR practices can significantly reduce these risk and enhance organisational resilience.
