Jeffrey Lim is the co-Managing Director of Joyce A. Tan & Partners LLC, and specialises in intellectual property, data protection, cybersecurity, data governance, and artificial intelligence. He has particular industry expertise in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, media, e-commerce, and technology platforms. He supports and leads on commercial transactions, regulatory advice and clearances, compliance design and frameworks, and litigation matters. He has also advised various organisations ranging from private sector to foreign government bodies to global MNCs.
He is an SAL Senior Accredited Specialist in Data and Digital Economy, an Honorary legal advisor to, (and a Fellow of) the Singapore Computer Society (“SCS”) and member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce International’s Technology Committee. He helped to develop the SCS AI Ethics Body of Knowledge (“BOK”), acting as chief reviewer in the second edition, and helped set up the AI Ethics professional certification, in collaboration with SCS and IMDA. He is a former chair and current member of the Singapore Law Society Cybersecurity and Data Protection Committee and is active in various communities of practice in the technology related areas. He has authored numerous articles on artificial intelligence, data privacy, governance and intellectual property.

Any request for withdrawal or refund is subject to approval by IPOS International’s management.
Request for substitution has to be made in writing via email at least 3 working days before start of course date and is subject to acceptance by IPOS International.
IPOS International reserves the right to cancel or postpone any programme due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be given to registrants if the course is cancelled by IPOS International.
