Ms Nicole Poon | Chief Human Resources Officer - MatchMove

Nicole Poon is CHRO of MatchMove and COO of Shopmatic, steering strategy and culture across two dynamic fintech and e-commerce ventures. With 14+ years at MatchMove, she has driven innovation in talent and IP—securing patents, including one for hybrid cloud architecture—and helped clinch the WIPO-IPOS Innovation Award. She is recognised as a Future of Work thought leader.

Mr JianMing Tan | Co-Founder & CEO - Moon Technologies

JianMing Tan is CEO and co-founder of Moon Technologies, a venture-funded startup advancing Spatial Computing and AR to improve patient outcomes. An innovator in Human-Computer Interfaces, he holds patents in eye-tracking and brain-computer interfaces. He also leads development of AR-driven ocular diagnostics for conditions like glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, and visual acuity testing.

Ooi Yeong Boon is Managing Director of Exy Intellectual Property, specialising in global IP services and commercialisation.
