IP Valuation

The strategic management and efficient use of IP can give rise to many opportunities for business owners and managers. Some of the most successful organisations have been able to monetise on their innovations and create great financial and strategic value. Today, markets are driven by global IP competition and business owners must aim to take the appropriate course of action to ensure that they are able to protect their goods and services, maintain a sustainable competitive advantage, and unlock value through IP commercialization and financing.

There has also been increased pressure for organisations to incorporate Environment, Social and Governance (“ESG”) practices in their business strategy as a sustainable business strategy often leads to the creation of internal IAs/IPs, which are increasingly key value drivers of businesses. With the global economy evolving significantly, organisations need to be equipped with the tools and know-how to manage their IAs/IPs effectively for growth.
