Nick Chiam is a Senior Associate with the Intellectual Property, Technology & Data Group of WongPartnership LLP, with key practice areas in intellectual property (IP), media, information technology (IT), data protection and telecommunications law. He has broad experience working on regulatory, transactional, enforcement and advisory projects across a diverse range of commercial & government sectors.

Nick is accredited as a Certified Information Privacy Professional for Asia (CIPP/A) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and holds the Practitioner Certificate in Personal Data Protection (Singapore) issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). He is also an Adjunct Faculty at the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University (SMU). He sits as a member of the Law Society of Singapore's Cybersecurity & Data Protection Committee, as well as the Project Law Help Committee and the Content Management Committee under the Law Society Pro Bono Services.
